Terms and conditions
For the AI Leadership Community, for entrepreneurs only.
As of 30 October 2026. This English text is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is binding.
§ 1 Provider and scope
(1) These terms apply to the AI Leadership Community and other offers on ai-leadership.community. The provider is Wilde Horndt LLC, a New Mexico Limited Liability Company, 5203 Juan Tabo Blvd. NE, Suite 2B, Albuquerque, NM 87111, USA, email: [email protected], phone: +49 151 14616288, represented by Marcus Horndt.
(2) The offers are exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, that is natural or legal persons who act in their commercial or independent professional activity when they conclude the contract. The member confirms this when booking. No contracts are concluded with consumers (§ 13 BGB).
(3) Deviating terms of the member apply only if the provider expressly agrees in text form.
§ 2 Services
(1) For the term of the contract the member gets access to a closed Telegram group and to the member area. As a rule the provider publishes one video of about 10 minutes per week, plus irregular short impulses and polls on the next topics.
(2) Marcus Horndt and Amira Trümner answer questions in the group, mostly within 24 hours. This time is a guide value, not a guaranteed deadline. Support by private message and 1:1 support are not part of the service.
(3) The contract is a service contract within the meaning of § 611 BGB. The provider owes careful work, not a particular result. The provider does not promise any results in time, cost or revenue.
(4) The community follows no fixed curriculum. Topics follow current developments and member feedback. There are no exams, tests, grades or assessed tasks. Distance learning within the meaning of the German Distance Learning Protection Act (FernUSG) is not the subject of the contract.
(5) The provider develops the offer further. It may change content and formats if the core of the service stays intact and the member can reasonably accept the change.
§ 3 Own responsibility, no professional advice
(1) The provider gives no legal, tax, data protection or investment advice and no medical treatment.
(2) Results of AI tools can be wrong. The member checks results before use and is responsible for their own decisions.
(3) The member decides which data to enter into AI tools and observes data protection, trade secrets and confidentiality duties.
(4) The member uses third-party tools and services (for example AI subscriptions, Telegram) at their own cost and under their terms. These are not included in the price.
§ 4 Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation on the website is not binding. By completing the booking in the checkout, the member makes a binding offer.
(2) The contract is concluded when the booking is complete and the first payment is triggered.
(3) Payment runs through a payment service (upay.me or Stripe). The member's only contract partner is the provider.
§ 5 Prices and payment
(1) The price shown in the checkout applies. It is a final price. The provider does not show VAT.
(2) The price is due in advance for each contract period.
(3) Statutory rules apply to late payment. The provider may block access while the member is in default.
(4) Set-off is permitted only with undisputed or finally established claims.
§ 6 Term, renewal and cancellation
(1) The minimum term is 6 months from conclusion of the contract.
(2) The contract renews for a further 6 months each time unless the member cancels.
(3) The member can cancel at any time in text form or in their subscription management, effective at the end of the current period. If the cancellation arrives before the next period starts, no further payment falls due.
(4) Access to the group and the member area ends when the contract ends.
(5) The right to terminate for good cause stays unaffected.
(6) Amounts already paid are not refunded, not even in part, unless the law requires otherwise.
§ 7 No right of withdrawal
Because the offers are only for entrepreneurs, there is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
§ 8 Conduct in the group
(1) The member treats others with respect. Advertising, spam and unlawful content are not allowed.
(2) Access is personal and not transferable.
(3) In case of a serious breach the provider can remove posts, exclude the member and terminate for good cause.
§ 9 Confidentiality
The member keeps information of other members confidential and does not pass group content to third parties. This continues after the contract ends.
§ 10 Copyright and rights of use
(1) Videos, texts and templates of the provider are protected by copyright.
(2) For the term of the contract the member gets a simple, non-transferable right to use them for their own business purposes. Passing them on, publishing them or exploiting them towards third parties needs consent in text form.
(3) Work results the member creates with AI tools are not materials of the provider.
§ 11 Liability
(1) The provider is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and to the extent of a guarantee given.
(2) For simple negligence the provider is liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty, that is a duty whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible and on which the member may regularly rely. Liability is then limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, at most to the fee for the current contract period.
(3) Otherwise liability is excluded. These limits also apply to vicarious agents and legal representatives of the provider.
(4) The provider gives no warranty for uninterrupted availability of the member area and of third-party platforms, in particular Telegram. Paragraphs 1 to 3 stay unaffected.
§ 12 Force majeure
The provider is released from performance for the duration and to the extent of force majeure. This includes unforeseeable events outside its control, such as natural disasters, war, labour disputes, official orders and general telecommunication failures.
§ 13 Data protection
The provider processes personal data under the GDPR. Details are in the privacy policy.
§ 14 Changes to these terms
The provider announces changes in text form at least 30 days before the next contract period starts. They apply from that period unless the member cancels beforehand. The provider points this out in the notice.
§ 15 Governing law and place of jurisdiction
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes from or in connection with the contract is Leipzig.
§ 16 Final provisions
(1) Changes and additions need text form. Individual agreements take precedence (§ 305b BGB).
(2) If individual provisions are wholly or partly invalid, the rest stays valid. The statutory rules apply (§ 306 BGB).
